We love this cheerful old traditional song - as two country girls at heart, we identify with the idea that it’s more fun to go to a party in a barn and dance all night long than it is to have to dress up and go to some fancy ‘soiree’. Margot learned this song from The Corries, but it wasn’t until Sophie found it on TikTok (in a version by Nati Dreddd) that we started singing it together.
